What features are included with my engagepage?
Your engagepage comes with every feature that we make available. Please see our features page for a complete list. Additionally, you will receive your own ".com" domain address upon purchase.

How long does it take to create an engagepage?
Your engagepage can be ready and live on the web within minutes. After set-up, it all depends on how much you feel like adding to your site.

I have a computer and an internet connection. What else do I need to set up an engagepage?
That’s all you need! As long as you have a computer and way to get on the internet with it, you can build and edit your engagepage. Please see our recommended hardware and software specifications.

How do I edit or change my engagepage?
You make all changes and updates to your engagepage through the Site Center. From the Site Center, you can modify all pages in your engagepage. Just fill in the forms for a desired page, and save.

What will my engagepage web address be?
Your web address will be http://yourname.engagepage.com, as in http://jackandjill.engagepage.com

How will my friends and family know how to get to my engagepage?
Once you are ready to share your engagepage, send an e-mail to your guests with the web adress you have chosen. You may also want to add the address to your Save the Date cards or newsletters.

Is there a limit to the number of changes I can make to my engagepage?
Nope. Make as many changes as you want to your personal wedding website.

Can I change my template design?
Sure. Choose from any of our constantly growing list of designs, and switch between them at any time.

Will there be advertisements on my engagepage?
No! This is your engagepage, we will not place ads on it.

I have to live in the United States to use engagepage.com?
No, you can live anywhere, as long as you have a computer with access to the internet.

Can I edit the guestbook entries?
Yes. You can edit or delete any of your guests’ entries at any time.

How much does an engagepage cost?
We offer 3 packages, which give you all of engagepage's great features. An 18-month package costs $79, a 12-month package costs $49, and a 6-month package costs $29. All sales are final.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Can I purchase an engagepage for a friend?
Yes, we offer gift options. On the Order / Free Trial page, choose Purchase or Give as a Gift. You will be able to pay for the account, and allow your friend to set up their engagepage the way they like.

How do I post my photos to my engagepage website?
You can post photos in your engagepage photo albums, on your home page, or in the wedding party section through the engagepage Site Center. Easy to use forms allow you to pick the images off of your computer to post them to your site.

How Many photos can I post on my engagepage?
There is a limit of 100 photos per engagepage. None of our customers have ever needed this many, so this shouldn’t be a problem.

What are the photo requirements?
Your photos must be in digital form, as .gif or jpeg (.jpg) files. Image files must be smaller than 1.5 MB.
